I always have a jar of Greek yogurt in my fridge, and I have tons of uses for it. Perhaps the most frequent is the quick and healthy Greek breakfast “Yiaourti me meli”. My favourite breakfast for overslept hostesses at any time of the day or year. The honey that suits this dessert the most is called honeydew. It is moderately sweet with a slight bitterness, aromatic, and dark amber. In Greece, this honey is valued more than flower honey. Well, where honey is, there are nuts. In short, this is the breakfast of the gods.

My tips and tricks:
Do you want to make it even easier? Simple, just follow my advice! Let’s save time on cutting nuts and save our manicure, by the way, too. Cover the board with parchment, place the nuts on top and cover with another sheet of parchment. Smooth them out a little and run over the nuts with a rolling pin as if you were rolling out dough. Repeat until they are as small as you like. Easy peasy 😊
