Three years ago Israeli cuisine has become one of the most popular cuisines in the world. Israeli cuisine is one of the closest to Odessa cuisine. Once in Odessa, 35% of the inhabitants were Jews, and thanks to this, a lot of national Jewish dishes flowed into Odessa cuisine.
