Lesson “Sweet Secrets”

What girl does not like to treat herself with sweets? And what if one of our students is the pastry chef and the owner of Plyushkin cafe? We had only one answer: we decided to do pastry lessons together with Veronika Pavlitina, a woman who gave up a successful career for the sake of her favourite hobby and opened a confectionery. During the lesson Veronica taught us how to make dough for muffins, use a pastry bag and special muffin baking forms. We made chocolate candies with our own hands and created caramel decorations. Together with Veronica, we made a complex pistachio sponge cake and cheese cream for her famous raspberry cake. Our pastry classes were held with the support of French brands Dammann tea and chocolate Domori, their tasting completed our sweet lesson.
