During the second lesson with our friend, director of the Hellenic Foundation for Culture - Odessa, Sofronis Paradisopoulos, we cooked: the ancestor of famous Odessa aubergine dip - melitzanosalata, Santorini specialty fava, grilled octopus and the famous Greek moussaka.
