My tips and tricks:

Maria KalenskaI think that it is as important for you, as it is for me, that the waffles are crunchy. You take them out crunchy from a waffle maker, put them on top of each other to cool, and they suddenly become soft. To prevent this from happening, find a place for the cooling rack in your kitchen cabinet. A simple and necessary item, it is very convenient to cool any pastries or bread on it, or when icing the cakes. Remember, organizing a workplace is 50% of your culinary creativity success 🙂

Alexander Skokov’s wine recommendations:

Alexander Skokov’s wine recommendationsI recommend SHABO Special Edition Muscat sparkling wine to pair with Belgian waffles.

Sweet sparkling wines have long been considered gastronomic partners for various desserts. Due to its “flamboyance”, the sparkling wine does not dominate, but emphasizes the airiness of the Belgian waffles. Muscat bouquet is complemented by fruity notes of ice cream served with waffles, and light acidity is in harmony with the sweetness of wine and dessert.
